液氯液化器是一台冷凝设备,管程介质为低温盐水(t≤-26℃),壳程介质为氯气,属于三类压力容器。其管程尽管属于低温低应力工况,但为了安全,在设计选材、结构设计以及制造、检验、验收等方面仍按低温换热器的要求。
The liquid chlorine liquidation apparatus is a condensation equipment. The tube side medium is low temperature salt water (t≤ -26℃). The shell side medium is chlorine gas. The apparatus belongs to Ⅲ category pressure vessel. According to the design pressure, although it belongs to low temperature low stress working condition but for the sake of safety, the design material selection. , structure design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance etc. Should conform to the requirement of Ⅲ category pressure vessel.
