TBS防砂管在超稠油油井大修中的应用

摘要 超稠油油井随着吞吐周期的增加,套管损坏现象日益严重,有些井虽然采用套管整形及套管补贴技术,但依然无法修复,目前这种情况已成为制约油田进一步发展的主要问题。而TBS防砂管加固大修工艺技术适用于套管损坏严重的超稠油油井,现场实施表明:该技术是一项投入成本低、修井成功率高、油井增产效果好的套管损坏井修复工艺技术,为保证超稠油油井中后期的正常生产起到了积极有效的作用。 Casing failure problem is getting increasingly serious as cyclic steam stimulation of super heavy oil comes to latter cycles. Some casings cannot be repaired by swage and patch. This is the main reason which restrains further development of Liaohe oilfield. TBS sand control screen reinforced workover technique is suitable to super heavy oil wells with serious casing failure problems. Field implementation has showed that this repairing technique of casing failure is low cost, has high success ratio, and can promisingly increase oil production. It is helpful to ensuring normal production of super heavy oil wells in mid-late period.
