摘要
本文通过对连铸侵入式水口结瘤堵塞的热力学及动力学分析,得出了水口堵塞的机理。分析了现有防止水口堵塞措施的依据及不足,为进一步研究防止水口结瘤堵塞的工艺措施提供了理论依据。
In this article the mechanism on the submerged nozzle clogging has been verified through thermo dynamics and dynamics analysis and evidence for measures of protecting the clogging demonstated and thus theoretically paving the way for further studies on the preventative measures to be taken for nozzle build-up and clgging.
