摘要
利用双流煤氧枪冷态模型研究了旋流度S等6个因素的影响,确定了主要因素。设计了热态用枪,用于30吨电炉,缩短熔化期12分钟,降低电耗99kwh/t。
The influences of vane angle and other five factors are investigated and the principal factors determined using a cold state model of two-flow coal-oxygen burner. A hot state model was designed for the 30-tonne elecfric arc furnace and thereby the melting time is cutdown by 12 minutes and electrical energy consumption Lowered by 99Kwh/t.
