摘要
本文通过50吨转炉扩容到80吨的水模研究,探索了枪位与底吹供气强度对熔池搅拌及喷溅的影响。
A water model test was conducted in enlarging the volumetric capacity of 50—T converter to 80—T one and the influence of lance position and bottom blowing gas rate on the bath agitation and slopping was clarified through the model test and new refining process compatible with the modified 80—T converter accordingly proposed.
