58例白塞病回顾性分析

A retrospective study on 58 patients with Behcet's disease

目的 : 总结和分析白塞病的临床表现及诊治经验。方法 : 回顾性分析 5 8例白塞病患者。结果 : 本组白塞病以女性、慢性型多见 ,好发于青壮年。 2 1例急性型发病诱因以上呼吸道感染为主(15例 ,占 71.43 % ) ,应注意病毒或细菌感染在急性型发病机制中的作用。临床表现以口腔、皮肤、生殖器、眼和关节受累常见。结论 : 针刺反应对本病特异性高。皮肤外伤后创面延迟愈合 (2 3例 ,占3 9 .66% )

Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestations and treatment outcome of Behcet's disease.Methods: Data from 58 cases of Behcet's disease were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The results showed that most cases in this group were middle-aged female with chronic onset. The main cause of 21 patients with acute onset was upper respiratory infection (71.43%). The role of virus or bacterial infection in the pathogenesis of the disease should be paid attention. The oral cavity, skin, genitals, eyes and joints were commonly damaged in this group of patients. Conclusion :Pricking reaction is a highly specific test in suggesting the diagnosis. The delayed healing of skin injury provides an important clue in diagnosis of the disease.
