摘要
文章针对大型工程建设管理,提出了基于网络计划的由计算机实现的进度和投资控制管理模型,它以工程设计产生的网络计划为基准,并根据具体施工情况综合分析,得到每一施工年度各个施工单位的工程量和投资,从而生成年度季度施工计划,通过年度工程量和投资计划,严格控制工程的进度和投资,保证工程质量和工程工期,并实现投资最优。
In view of the complication, and importance of the large engineering construction management, the paper presented a new management model of process and investment based on network plan by computer. According to engineering design and synthetical analysis of the special construction situation, the model strictly controls the process and the investment to guarantee both engineering quality and scheduled time so as to optimize the investment through annual engineering amount and investment of every construction unit and producing annual/season construction plan.
