摘要
在WTO的框架之下,中国在争取引进更多外资的同时,对外投资的问题也不可忽视。文章分析了中国加入WTO后,对外投资的必要性及其可利用的更好的政策环境,探讨了我国对外投资的发展战略,提出了有助于我国资本输出所需的条件。
With the WTO membership, the problem of investment abroad should in no way be ignored by Chinese government. The paper discussed the strategies for the development of China's investment abroad and pointed out the necessary conditions for China to pursue capital output based on analysis of its necessity and the optimal policy environment avaliable after China's entry into WTO.
