未来企业的竞争就是人才的竞争,人才的竞争必然导致人才的流动。企业如何面对人才的流动?笔 者认为企业管理人员首先应转变观念,正确认识人才流动问题;其次是从3个方面采取对策,建立起良好的 培养人才、稳定人才、吸引人才的机制和环境。
Competition among modern enterprises is the competition for talented-person in future, and so it is sure that enterprises would face the flow of talentedpersonnel. How to solve the problem? This paper writer thinks the managers should change their concept and correctly recognize it at first, then take three steps to found them better mechanism and environment so as to cultivate talented-person, keep talented-person stable and attract them.
