痕量元素系列标准物质的研究

摘要 痕量元素对合金性能有很大影响,准确测量它们的含量对指导和控制所生产的合金质量是很重要的,因此研究痕量元素(包括它们的定值方法)系列标准物质一直有着重要意义。作者们系统地进行偏析和均匀度试验,用76种测试方法对15个元素进行定值分析,并且也提出了灵敏和准确的新测试方法,经过线性和稳定性(约经三年时间)试验,结果表明。所制备的该系列标准物质具有良好的均匀度,定值准确,其成分呈梯度分布,和美、英、苏所制备的同类标准物质相比,该项研究工作已达到国际先进水平。 The properties of alloys are greatly influenced by trace elements, the contents of which are important to be accurately determined for guiding and controlling the quality of alloys produced. Therefore, it is of great significance to investigate the trace elements (including their certification methods) in a series of reference materials. The authors have engaged systematically in doing scientific experiments about their segregation and homogeneity. The certified values of 15 elements have been determined by using 76 types of analytical methods and also the sensitive and accurate new analytical methods have been proposed. The examination of linearity and stability (about for 3 years) indicates that the series of reference materials prepared exhibit good homogeneity and accurate certified values and the components were distributed in gradient. Compared with the same kinds of reference materials produced in USA, UK and USSR, this entitled research work has reached the advanced level in the world.
