摘要 本文在讨论碱土金属物理化学性质的基础上,综述了含钡合金应用的研究结果。CaSiBa合金具有较强的脱氧和使夹杂变质的能力,含钡夹杂物易于上浮排出,残余夹杂以球状复合铝酸盐存在,并且在钢锭内分布均匀。经含钡合金处理的钢材力学性能,如疲劳、横向冲击韧性和各向异性可得到显著改善。本文还扼要介绍了含钡合金的生产特点。 Based on the understanding of the physico-chemical properties of alkaline earth metals, an overview on the investigation of application of Ba-containing alloys in steelmaking is given in this paper. CaSiBa alloys have much stronger ability in deoxidation and inclusion modification. The Ba-containing inclusions are easily to be removed. The residual Ba-containing inclusions exist in spherical complex aluminates and well-distributed in the steels. The mechanical properties such as fatigue, transverse impact toughness and anisotropic properties of steels treated with Ba-containing alloys are remarkably improved.Some characteristics of production of Ba-containing alloys are also discussed.
