摘要
本文研究了奥氏体化温度以及变形温度对4Cr5MoV1Si(H13)钢高温脆性的影响,试验结果表明,当奥氏体化温度等于或大于115℃时出现高温脆性。作者认为沿晶界析出的第二相颗粒、碳化物在热变形过程中的动态析出、杂质原子在晶界的偏析以及晶粒尺寸的大小是影响高温脆性的重要因素。
The effects of austenitizing temcerature and deformation temperature on high temperature embrittlement of 4Cr5MoVlSi(H13) have been investigated in this paper. High temperature embrittlement occurs when austenitizing temperature is equal to or above 1150℃. It is suggested that grain boundary particles, dynamic precipitation of carbide, grain boundary segregation and grain size are main factors influencing high temperature embrittlement.
