本文全面介绍了水平连铸结晶器的构造、钢液在内壁铜套中的结壳过程,内壁铜套的工作特点和对材质的性能要求,以及研制成功的几种CuCo2Be材质结晶器内壁铜套的性能和使用寿命。
This article provides general information of the structure of crystallizer for horizontal continuous casting, shell solidifying process from liquid steel, performance of the front section of inner mould and the requirement for material properties, as well as the properties and service life of severat kinds of the front sections successfully manufactured with CuCo,Be material.
