摘要
探讨了现场总线的拓扑结构,以Profibus-DP工控网为基础,分析了其通信机理和链接方式,并建立了基于PLC的主从站电机控制现场总线网络。阐述了实现Profibus-DP变频器控制通讯的原理及方法,并结合具体项目介绍了采用西门子PLC和ABB变频器的系统设计、组态及通讯编程。
The configuration of the fieldbus was discussed. Its communication principle and interlinkage mode were analyzed based on the Profibus-DP industry control network. And the network of the fieldbus was established on the base of the master-slave motor control of the PLC. Principle and method of communication in in-vertor with Profibus-DP was introduced. And the system design, configuration and the program of communication in a sample with SIEMENS PLC and ABB invertor were introduced.
