摘要
本文主要研究用同钢种废旧模具电渣熔铸3Cr2W8V模块,证实了电渣熔铸模块的金属纯净,组织致密,成分均匀,各向同性,表面光洁,模具实际使用寿命超过锻件15~20%。在电渣熔铸过程中控制自耗电极熔化末端锥头形状,扩大钢渣接触面积,可以加强精炼效果。选用紫铜制作结晶器工作面,改变结晶器结构,使冷却水保持紊流状态,控制工艺参数,使渣皮厚度≤1 mm,是保证熔铸模块成分与组织均匀的关键。对电渣熔铸模块采取必要的预处理——均匀化退火或正火,可以进一步提高模具的使用性能。
The paper studied a method for using damaged dies to produce die blanks by electroslag shaped casting. It is shown that the products of electroslag shaped casting are provided with good purity, high density, uniform distribution of elements, isotropy and smooth surface, the service life of which is 15 % to 20 % longer than that of the conventional forging products. The smelting quality can be improved by controlling the shape of consumable electrode tip, which affects the area of the slag/metal interface in electroslag shaped casting process. The mould used in the process is made of red copper and the motion of water in the jacket is maintained in a state of turbulent flow. It is essential to conirol the thickness of slag crust formed on the mould wall no more than 1mm in order to obtain the casting products with excellent uniformity in regard to chemical composition and structure. The properties of the dies can be improved through pre treatment-high tempreature annealing or normalizing.
