摘要
作者对计算合金钢凝固点的Chipman参数提出了改进意见。作者认为Chi-pman在推导中存在5个不精确的地方,因此所得合金元素每增加1%,降低铁凝固点温度的ΔT_i值有较大误差,用它计算的合金钢凝固点不准确。 作者用Fe-i相图求出ΔT_i,建立了一套新的计算参数。将6种钢样凝固点的实测值与以上两种计算值相比较,结果证明,新参数比Chipman参数计算的合金钢凝固点更准确。
The author has suggesed improvemems on Chipman's parameters in calculating solidification point of alloy steel. The author points out that there are five inaccurate points in Chipman's calculation, so the decrease of solidification point for increasing 1 per cent element ATi in liquid iron give rise to large error; therefore, the solidificati onpoint of alloy steel calculated is quite uncertain.Using the phase diagram of Fe-i system the author has calculated ATi and set up a set of new calculating parameters. Comparing the measured data of solidification point for six steel samples with those calculated using the two set of above-mentiond calculating parameters, it is proved that the solidification point of alloy steel calculated by the new parameters is more accurate than using Chipman's parameters.
