摘要
本文介绍了国内第一台特殊钢方坯连铸机连铸的40Cr合金结构钢铸坯的质量水平。内容包括:铸坯的低倍组织,非金属夹杂物、成分偏析及钢材性能。本连铸工艺保证了产品性能要求。
This paper shows the quality of alloy structural steel billet produced by a special steel billet caster in china. A series of measurements including macrograph, inclusion, segregation and property of rolled steel products confirm that the contionus casting process gives satisfaction to the quality of the products.
