摘要
该文以铜酞菁生产过程中产生的漂洗水为处理对象,根据该废水氨氮含量高、铜浓度大、可生化性差的特点,提出了物化预处理-厌氧-好氧接触氧化生物处理的工艺。经硫化物沉淀法、曝气吹脱氨氮提高废水的可生化性,运行结果证明,本实验所采用的除铜、脱氨工艺是一种高效的处理工艺。生物处理后,出水Cu^(2+)为0.102mg·L^(-1),NH_3-N为0.54mg·L^(-1),COD为45.2mg·L^(-1),出水各项指标均达到国家一级排放标准。
Wastewater of phthalocyanine blue has the characteristic that includes high concentration of copper and NH3- N, and low value of BOD/COD, so a new pertinent treatment process was proposed in this paper. When subjected to physiochemical pretreatment and A/O membrane biological process, the treated water can be discharged safely. Concentration of all components in outflow are lower than the national standard, with the concentration of copper 0.102mg·L-1, NH3 -N0. 54mg·L-1, and COD 45. 2mg ·L-1.
