聚乙二醇提高棉织物活性染料染色性能的研究

A STUDY ON IMPROVING REACTIVE DYEING OF COTTON FABRICS WITH PEG

棉织物在染色前经聚乙二醇预处理可提高活性染料的染色性能.通过单因素试验优化了其工艺条件,并探讨了相应的影响因素.结果表明:聚乙二醇预处理过的棉织物经活性染料染色后的色深值、鲜艳度、色牢度都有较大的提高。

The treatment of cotton fabrics before dyeing with PEG can improve the reactive dyeing behavior of the fabric. The process conditions are optimized by single factor test. It has proved that the cotton fabric pretreated with PEG and then dyed with reactive dyes has deeper shade, better brilliance and color fastness. But its strength lowers slightly.
