我国油厂大型化发展迅速 ,如何根据大豆结构和油籽的生化特性合理而科学地设计大豆加工生产线 ,尤其是重视大豆一次浸出制油的预处理工艺 ,是大型油厂赶超世界制油工业先进水平的新课题。提出的预处理工艺 ,继承了大豆制油研究的传统成果 ,吸取最新技术 。

Oil plant develop rapidly to large scale in China.In order to excess the advance technology of soybean oil processing in the world,oil plant should pay attention to the design of soybean processing line,especially the pretreatment technique of soybean oil extraction,according to the structure and characteristic of soybean.The paper provides pretreatment process which inherit the traditonal technology in soybean oil processing and absorbs the advance new technology.
