摘要 综述了一种新兴的功能食品和化妆品活性成分神经酰胺。对其结构、功能和分析测定方法进行了评述。介绍了神经酰胺的提取方法及产品的开发。 Ceramide,a new active component in functional food and cosmetics was reviewed.The structure,function and determination methods were introduced.The paper also studied the extraction methods of ceramide and the development of ceramide products.The products was high profitable and potential in market.
