摘要
本文研究了在氮气保护下 ,用紫外光照射 ,以二苯甲酮 (BP)为引发剂 ,AAc为单体 ,在熔喷PBT非织造布表面进行液相的亲水性接枝改性。探讨了接枝反应条件对接枝结果的影响 ,并从其用作白细胞滤材的具体情况出发 ,得出了本实验条件下的最佳工艺参数。另外 ,还用扫描电镜、红外光谱、表面润湿张力。
In this paper, with the protection of Nitrogen, by irradiating with UV light, using BP as initiating agent and AAc as monomer, we studied on liquid phase grafting modification on hydrophilicity of PBT meltblown nonwoven for leucocytes filtration. After discussing the effect of grafting conditions on grafting results, and basing on the specific demanding of leucocytes filtration, the best grafting craft conditions under the experiment conditions of our own was gained. Additionally, by use of SEM, FT IR, CWST and analysis of bore diameter, the grafting result was gotten.
