摘要 奶业是一个朝阳产业,目前,奶业市场的竞争已十分激烈,几乎快到了“白热化”程度。激烈的竞争主要表现在两个层面:一是国际竞争国内化;二是国内大乳制品企业,知名名牌之间的竞争。 China's dairy industry is facing keen competition, both locally and internationally. In order to increase the competitiveness of products, innovation in dairy operating system is one of the major solutions. Cooperatives - which have been operating in foreign countries successfully - are emerging as a new issue in dairy industrialization.
