生产商为了保持肉类产品的新鲜外观或作宣传推广策划,经常会把衬垫、赠券、印花等材料一并插入产品的包装托盘中。但由于这个加工过程多由人工操作,因此难免带来产品污染和效率不一致等问题。
Machine placement of meat liners and other flat materials such as coupons, decals, filter media and holograms offers several advantages to high-volume producers and processors. Automated handling reduces the opportunity for product contamination and repetitive motion issues while improving reliability through electronic verification of liner placement in each tray.
