摘要 镇江国贸大厦地上有31层及3层地下室,建造在软土地基上。深度为13.20 m的深基坑土壁采用了斜土锚支护结构体系。该大楼两侧紧邻建筑物,南侧离最近的老住宅仅4 m多,离正在新建的综合楼仅2 m,且在另2侧也紧靠地下管网,为此,对该土锚设计时进行了锚拉试验,在施工时对每一根锚杆也施加预应力进行检验,确保了工程质量。该支护结构仅产生少量侧向位移,成功实现了安全快速施工,可为类似工程提供成功经验。 There are a 31-story building above the ground and a 3-story basement of Zhenjiang National Trade Mansion built at the soft soil foundation. The deep foundation pit is 13.20 m deep. The upper wall of the deep foundation pit adopts slope soil anchor structure system. This building is close to two neighboring ones. Its south side is close to an old residence only 4 m apart, while the distance from the constructing comprehensive building is only 2 m. Besides the other two sides are very close to the underground pipe lines. For this reason, during the design of soil anchor, the anchor-tension test is carried out, and during construction for each rod, a pre-stressed force is added for examination, to ensure engineering quality, and to let the supporting structure produce only a small amount of lateral displacement, thus the safe and speedy construction is successfully carried out , and this experience can be used elsewhere for similar engineering work.
