摘要
通过城镇土地定级,能够揭示城镇土地质量差异,对城镇土地的有偿使用及合理利用等具有重要意义。本文在介绍城镇土地定级工作程序及方法的基础上,对基于MapInfo的城镇土地定级信息系统的数据组织、系统组成及功能等方面进行了阐述,并对该系统的应用前景作了展望。
Followinga briefintroductionto theprocudureandmethodsof urbanlandgrading,thispaperexpoundsthedataorgranization,theconsitutionandfunction,andtheapplicationof theurbanlandgradinginformationsystembasedon MapInfo,andpredictstheprospect of theapplicationof thissystem.
