摘要
分析了我国冶金矿山目前的形势 ,提出了造成目前状况的原因 ,根据邯邢冶金矿山管理局北氵名河铁矿 5年建设的管理实践 ,介绍了该矿在施工管理方面的几点做法。
The present status of China's metallic mines and the reasons causing their difficult situation are analysed.According to experiences in managing Beiminghe Iron Ore Mine's construction in the past 10 years,some management methods proven as effective are introduced that can be taken for reference by other metallic mines being under construction.
