摘要
介绍了辽河油田首次施工的 15口海油陆采丛式大位移井的情况 ,分析了其施工技术难点 ,重点介绍了新技术的应用 ,包括导向钻井技术、PDC钻头、无线随钻 MWD、优化井身结构设计、大位移井清岩携砂井眼净化技术、摩阻与扭矩的随钻监测技术等。15口大位移井井身质量、固井合格率均为 10 0 % ,无事故及复杂情况 ,共节省钻井时间 3 5 5 d,节约费用 860万元。该项技术对开发浅海油田具有广阔的应用前景。
Fifteen offshore cluster extended reach drilling operations are introduced in Liaohe oilfield. Technical keys of drilling operations are analyzed and some new drilling techniques such as steerable drilling technique, PDC bit, MWD, optimizing well configuration design, well cleaning technique in extended reach well, frictional drag and torque's measuring while drilling are especially introduced.
