摘要
射流介质中加入高聚物可以提高其破岩能力 ,同时 ,喷嘴结构特性对能量的充分利用有很大作用 ,直接影响破岩效率。采用带喷嘴套的锥型收缩喷嘴 ,利用“超水” (高聚物添加剂 )射流冲蚀砂岩的实验结果表明 ,其它条件相同时 ,“超水”射流破岩体积是清水射流的 2倍左右 ,并且破岩效率最大 (破岩体积峰值 )的射流喷距比清水射流的大。同时 ,入口角为 13.5°的锥型喷嘴与直线型喷嘴套组合的喷嘴破岩效率最好。
Adding high polymer into jet medium can enhance its rock-breaking ability. Nozzle structure characters have great influence on taking full advantage of energy, and also affect rock erosion efficiency directly. Experiments prove that under same working conditions, 'super water' jet rock erosion volume is two times of the pure water jet and the distance from nozzle of the most efficiency rock failure (rock failure volume peak value) is longer than pure water jet. The cone diffusing angle is 13.5°, while beeline style nozzle sleeve has the highest rock erosion efficiency.
