摘要 目的 探索通过中、英文单词刺激健康志愿者后用磁源成像 (MSI)无创伤性测定语言功能区的位置。方法 作者使用脑磁图对 8例右利健康志愿者进行语言接受功能区的功能成像 ,在此过程中 ,受试者进行分别听 15 0对中、英文单词的文字识别任务。结果 MSI显示 8例受试者中有 7例左侧半球内的兴奋明显强于右侧半球 ,有 1例双侧大脑半球内的兴奋大致相等 ;中、英文单词刺激的磁反应波峰的后期兴奋 (刺激后 3 0 0~ 60 0ms)的磁源均位于颞上回和颞中回的后部。结论 MSI是一项有发展前途的、无创伤性的检查方法 ,它不但可以判断语言优势半球 ,而且可以判定语言功能区的位置。 Objective To investigate the use of magnetic source imaging (MSI) for noninvasive mapping of language specific cortex in healthy volunteers stimulated by Chinese and English words. Methods The authors performed functional imaging of the receptive language cortex using a whole head neuromagnetometer in 8 right handed healthy volunteers. During MSI recordings,subjects were engaged in a word recognition task by listening 150 pairs of Chinese and English words separately. Results MSI indicated that there were significantly more activities in the left hemisphere among 7 of 8 healthy volunteers,and there were nearly equal activities in the bilateral hemisphere in the other. After stimulus of Chinese and English words separately,the sources of late activity (300-600ms poststimulus onset) were both found in temporoparietal areas,including the posterior part of the middle and superior temporal gyri. Conclusion MSI is a promising and noninvasive method not only for determining cerebral dominance for language,but also for localization of language specific cortex.
