锦州地区泌尿系感染致病菌种类及耐药性分析

Pathogenic Bacteria of Urinary Tract Infection in Jinzhou District and Their Resistance to Antibiotics

目的 了解锦州地区泌尿系感染的致病菌谱及其耐药性。 方法 收集锦州地区 10家医院 976株致病菌 ,按 NCCL S标准进行药敏试验。 结果 主要菌群有大肠杆菌、粪肠球菌以及葡萄球菌、克雷伯杆菌、变形杆菌等。这些致病菌对青霉素、氨苄青霉素、庆大霉素及环丙沙星有较高耐药率。

Objective To study the pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection in Jinzhou district and their resistance to antibiotics. Methods 976 strains of pathogenic baceria of urinary tract infection were collected from 10 hospital in Jinzhou district and were tested against 16 antimicrobial agents. Result The pathogens consisted mainly of Escherichia, Enterococcus, staphylococcus, Klebsiella, Proteus species. Most of them were highly resistant to penicillin, ampicillin, gentamycin and ciprofioxacin. Conclusion Attention was called to the fact that many pathogenic bacteria were resistant to antibiotics often used in clinical practice.
