经济全球化是大势所趋 ,现代化乃历史的必然。人的现代化标准存在着相对性 ,现代化最终是实现人的现代化 ,人的现代化离不开对人的有效控制 ,而这些又与教育等手段密切相关。

Economic globalization is the tendency and the necessity of modernization and history as well. This paper raises a question: whether there exists the standard of human beings' modernization. The ultimate purpose of modernization is the modernization of human beings. And the essence of human beings' modernization is how to control people effectively. All this can't be separated from such means as education.
