Research on the Group Electronegativity(Ⅹ)——Group Electronegativity and Heats of Formation of X - SiR_xH_(3-x)

由于含硅有机物测量所需纯样的制备困难,且有些含硅有机物燃烧不完全,难以用氧弹量热法准确测定生成热,所以它们的标准生成热大多未见报道,而这些数据又是研究有机硅化学热力学和反应性的重要参数,因此有必要建立一套简单而准确的估算方法.

This paper analyzes the relation between the standard heats of formation of XSiRxH3-x and the group electronegativity proposed by the author for group X and builds up two methods for calculating the standard heats of formation of alkylsiliane derivatives. Besides, two formalas for calculating the dissociation energies of X - SiRxH3-x are suggested.
