摘要
常用于测定镓的荧光试剂有8-羟基喹啉类、Schiff碱类、偶氮类及黄酮类等。而水杨醛缩-8-氨基喹啉(简称SAAQ)的合成及分析应用研究尚未见报道.本文研究了该试剂的合成方法及其分析应用.
A new Schiff base, salicylidene-8-aminoquinoline(SAAQ), was prepared and characterized by elementary analysis, IR and UV. The optimal conditions for the fluorescent complex formation of SAAQ with gallium (Ⅱ) are established in this paper. The excitation and emission wave lengths are 418 nm and 513 nm respectively, the molar ratio of Ga( Ⅱ) to SAAQ was determined to be 1 : 2. The quantum yield is 0. 69 at pH 3. 20- 4. 50. The proposed method was used for the determination of gallium in alloy samples in the range of 2-280 ppb.
