摘要
应用分光光度计研究了细胞色素c氧化酶的稳态动力学。结果表明,酶与底物具有高低两个亲和相,催化反应受底物浓度调节,具有单底物多相反应动力学特点。
The steady-state kinetics of CCO was studied by spectrophotometry. It is indicated that there are both higher and lower affinity phases when CCO reacts with its substrate ferrocy-tochrome c. The catalytic reaction is regulated by the concentration of the substrate and has a character of single substrate multiphasic kinetics.
