偶氮苯衍生物Langmuir-Blodgett膜的结构与红外热释电性能 被引量:1

Structure and Pyroelectric Behavior of Azobenzene Derivative Langmuir-BIodgett Films

摘要 利用Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)方法,在镀有金属膜的盖玻片和CaF_2衬底上转移了双嗜性偶氮苯衍生物多层LB膜.用线性红外二向色性光谱方法研究了分子的各跃迁矩的取向和分子长轴的取向.利用X射线衍射方法研究了LB膜的有序周期结构,讨论了双周期结构与高热释电活性的关系. Amphiphilic azobenzene derivative mono-molecular layer and multilayer were deposited on the glass substrate electroplated with metal film and the nonmetal CaF2 monocrystailine substrate by using Langmuir-Blodgett method.The orientations of transition moment and long axes of the molecule were studied by using infrared linear dichroic spectra.Orderly period structure of the films was researched by using X-ray diffraction method.The results obtained show that the high pyroelectric activity was related to the bi-period structure of the LB films was discussed.
