杭州市木材检查站运行机制若干问题的探讨

Inquiry into Management System of Wood Inspection Station in Hangzhou

通过对木材检查站自身运行机制上编制、经费问题的探讨，提出采取严格木材检查站设置审批程序、建立公务员管理模式队伍、解决经费来源、规范行政执法行为等措施来进一步规范木材检查监督，解决依法行政的问题，实现森林资源长效管理。

Inquiry was put forward into staff and expenditure of wood inspection station in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. Countermeasures were offered such as strictly enforcing establishment and approval procedure of wood inspection stations, establishing officials management and settling according to law to realize long-term management of forest resources.
