摘要
讨论了强电负性气体及混合气体的临界击穿场强和特征值的变化规律。对于所研究的气体,当临界击穿场强较高时,其特征值必然较低;而临界击穿场强较低时,其特征值必然较高。特征值越低的气体和混合气体对电场不均匀性越敏感;反之,特征值高的气体和混合气体对电场不均匀性越不敏感。
Presented in this paper are the determination of parameter K for the streamer breakdown criterion and the relationship between (E/P) crit and the figure of merit M for gases and gaseous mixtures, which shows that the smaller M is, the mores ensitive is the gas to the microscopic field perturbation produced by the inhere nt roughness of electrode surfaces, and the larger M is, the more insensitive is the gas to the microscopic fiedl perturbation.
