摘要
为改善UHMWPE的熔融特性,制备了一种有效的流动改性剂MS2。添加少量(0.6%~0.8%)的MS2,即能显著改善UHMWPE的流动性能,使UHMWPE的熔点降低,并使其能在普通注塑成型机上注塑成型。试样的Izod缺口冲击强度为150J/m,砂浆磨损率为1.2%,拉伸强度为27MPA,屈服伸长率为13%。
UHMWPE can be injection molded on the conventional injection molding machine after 0. 6-0. 8% flow modifying agent(MS2)is added to UHMWPE and the mechanical properties of the samples are satisfactory. Injection molded samples of UHMWPE powders with a small content of flow modifying agent have a tensile strength at break approximately to 27 MPa.a tensile elongation at yield 13% and a notched Tiod impact strength about 150J/ m while no break takes place in the Charpy impact test.
