摘要
讨论了腈氯纶的共聚组成对纤维成形、结构及性能的影响。结果表明,甲基丙烯磺酸钠能有效地减少纤维的孔隙,提高偏二氯乙烯含量虽能提高极限氧指数,但由于增加了纤维中的孔隙及降低了纤维的序态而使纤维力学性能劣化。作为阻燃腈纶,共聚体中偏二氯乙烯含量以40%左右为宜。
The effect of AN-VDC-SMAS copolymer composition on the formation,structures and properties was investigated. It is revealed that SMAS is of advantage to reducing the microvoids in the fiber. With the increase of VDC content,the LOI of the fiber rises,while the mechanical properties is worsen because of the decreases of crystallinity , crystalline orientation, crystallite perfection and chain packing density. It is suggested that the copolymer fiber as flame retardant fiber should have VDC content of about 40%.
