摘要
借助动态粘弹仪和透射电镜,着重研究了PMMA/PnBA乳胶IPNs体系的相容性,乳胶颗粒的形态和动态力学性能之间的关系,同时也探讨了对它们产生影响的一些因素。 通过分析该乳胶IPNs体系的动态力学性能,表明PMMA/PnBA乳胶IPNs属于部分相容体系,网络间具有一定程度的分子混合;通过透射电镜观察到PMMA/PnBA乳胶IPNs呈现两相细胞结构和“芯-皮”结构,随着体系相容性的增加,其结构更加精细,相区尺寸更小。
Interpenetrating polymer networks(IPNs)of poly (Methyl methacrylate)and poly(n-Butyl acralate)have synthesized inlatex form. The results of dynamic mechanical analysis indicated that PMMA/PnBA latex TPNs systems are partially miscible. The results suggested some extents of molecular mixing exist in the LIPNs systems. From the results TEM,it was Proposed that the latex particles of the LIPNs consist of essentially 'Core-shell'and cellular structures. With the raise of the miscibility of LIPNs systems,the interpenetrating stucture is further finer and the domain size is further smaller.
