摘要
用摩擦系数很低的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)改善聚醚砜(PES)的自润滑性。改性后的PES摩擦磨耗性能提高了数倍,特别是在重负荷及油润滑条件下的摩擦性能优异。在本实验范围内,PES/PTFE也表现出较理想的力学性能和部分相容性。
The friction and wear properties of modified polyethersulphone (PES)with polytetrafluo-roethylene(PTFE) were investigated. The lower coefficient of friction(n)is exhibited under heavy load. The wear is only about 5% of that of pure PES. In the meantime. The compatibility and physical properties of PES/PTFE blends were studies.
