摘要
根据DSC等温结晶曲线和Avrami方程推导出计算结晶动力学参数的新公式,以回避结晶初期峰不完善的问题;并由瞬时传热模型对于200℃、197℃、195℃和190℃玻璃纤维增强的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)等温结晶的DSC曲线模拟计算,求得准确的结晶动力学参数和热焓值。
According to DSC profiles and Avrami equation of isothermal crystallization,new formulawas derived for calculating kinetic parameters regardless of the incomplete peak. Using it andtransient heat transfer model,DSC pofiles of isothermal crystallization for glass fiberreinforcedpoly (butylene terephthalate) at 200℃.19 7 ℃, 19 5℃ and 19 0℃, respectively, was simulated, thecorrect parameters of crystallization kinetics and enthalpies were calculated.
