摘要
测定了75℃时,苯乙烯(St、M<sub>1</sub>)与顺丁烯二酸二丁基锡酯(DBTM、M<sub>2</sub>)的共聚反应竞聚率为r<sub>1</sub>=2.07±0.09,r<sub>2</sub>=0.19±0.05;甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA、M<sub>1</sub>)与DBTM(M<sub>2</sub>)的共聚反应竞聚率为r<sub>1</sub>=73.9,r<sub>2</sub>=0;DBTM的Q、e值分别为0.22和0.16。着重从聚合温度、引发剂用量、单体加入方式等条件对共聚反应进行了探讨。用IR、<sup>1</sup>H-NMR、TG和元素分析等方法对共聚物的组成和结构进行了表征。常温下,所得到的两种共聚物均为白色脆性固体。
The free-radical solution copolymerization of styrene (St, M1 ) and methyl methacrylate (MMA.M1)with dibutyltin maleate(DBTM,M2)are performed in benzene at 75. 0±0. 2℃ using benzoyl peroxide(BPO)as an initiator. Monomer reactivity ratios are r1 = 2. 07±0. 09,and r2 = 0. 19±0. 05 for St-DBTM system;r1 = 73. 9,and r2 = 0 for MMA-DBTM system. The Q,e values of DBTM are 0. 22 and 0. 16,respectively.The solubilities, IR spectra,1H-NMR spectra and thermogravimtric analyses of the copoly-merization products of DBTM with St and MMA show that they are two copolymers.The effects of polymerization temperature, time, the amount of initiator and the addition method of monomers on the copolymerization of DBTM with St and MMA are investigated.
