摘要
本文用高斯-柯西复合函数表征高聚物X射线衍射晶态峰,用四种类型函数表征高聚物X射线散射非晶态峰。据此,编写了四种类型高聚物非晶态相干散射峰的拟合子程序,以及四种类型半结晶高聚物X射线衍射重叠谱图的分峰子程序。用“阻尼最小二乘法”求解评价函数极小值,从而计算出各单峰参数。并对所编MPS程序进行了讨论。
The crystalline peaks of X-ray diffraction of polymers are characterized in this paper using Gombination Function of the Gaussian and Cauchy,while the non-crystalline peaks by four kinds of functions. As four kinds of fitting subprograms of the coherent scattering peaks of non-crystalline polymers,MPS programs &f the X-ray diffraction overlapping patterns of the four partial-crystalline polymers are thus compiled as well. Parameters of every single peak are calculated by obtaining the minima of the evaluation function by damping least square method,and finally,the MPS programs are discussed.
