摘要
对聚氯乙烯在拉伸、弯曲、冲击载荷作用下的断口形貌特征进行了观察分析,在此基础上探讨了聚氯乙烯的断裂过程及机制。结果表明,裂纹萌生是由较大的第二相颗粒引起的。其断裂机制为次级裂纹破裂模式时形成微坑形貌;先形成银纹,银纹再破裂时形成条丝状形貌;脆性断裂则形成岩石状花样。
In the present paper,the fractographic features of PVC(Poylvinylchlqride) material subject to tension,bending and impact load have been researched by SEM. The results shows that crack initiation induced by particles of additives or fillers. The fractographic features are small voids when PVC fracture mechanism is secondary fracture modle. Silky pattern corresponding to crazes form first,then the crazes ruptured. And rocky pattern meams brittle fracture.
