摘要
采用Instron 3211毛细管流变仪研究了我们新近研制的聚合物型阻燃剂SF-FR分别与聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)和聚酰胺-6(PA6)构成的阻燃体系的熔体流变性。这三种阻燃体系的表观剪切粘度均随切变速率的增大而降低,随阻燃剂添加量的增大而降低,随温度的升高而降低。
The polymer-type flame retardant,SF-FR, which was synthesized by author recently, was applied into the flame retardation of fiber-forming polymers, poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET), poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT)and polyamide-6(PA6) respectively. The Theological properties of PET/SF-FR, PBT/SF-FR and PA6/SF-FR flame-retardant systems were studied with an Instron 3211 capillary rheometer. The apparent viscosities of the three systems decrease with the increase of shear rate or the content of flame retardants,and do with the rise of temperature.
