摘要
本文综述了智能性药物释放体系的进展,结合智能高聚物对化学及物理响应性聚合物为基础的体系,结合我们的工作对其自反馈释放及通-断特性进行了探讨。
The paper deals with progress in intelligent drug delivery system based on stimuli responsive polymers.The autofed back mechanism of systems and on-off characteristics of drug release are discussed as well.
