中日农业产业化经营的比较与启示

A Comparative Study of Agricultural Industrialization Management between China and Japan

日本农业产业化经营初期的农业结构和管理模式,与我国有许多相似之处;其经营经验和教训,值得我们认真研究和借鉴。我国农业产业化经营虽然发动晚,起步低,但是只要我们扬他人之长、避他人之短,就能够后来居上。当前,农业产业化经营应当着力释放农村剩余劳动力,扶持农民自主决策的合作经济组织,加快农村城市化的建设步伐,以全方位推动农业产业化经营的发展。

In terms of the agricultural structure and management pattern of Japan's early agricultural industrialization, there is a great similarity between China and Japan. We must study and use Japan's experience for reference. For China's agricultural industrialization management, we need to release surplus labor force of agriculture, support cooperative economy organizations in which farmers have the right to make final decisions, and speed up the urbanization of villages.
