论网络环境下高校实行学分制后的教务综合管理

University Network-based Total Management in implementing the Credit System

高校转入学分制后面临着许多问题,集中表现为教务管理信息激增和工作难度加大。为提高工作效率,必须利用计算机和网络技术,对与学分制相关的环节和要素进行整合,即构造教务综合管理体系。在构建该体系的指导思想、制度依据的基础上,提出构建步骤和体系框架,综合解决教务管理工作中的几个紧迫问题。

Colleges and universities are faced with many problems when the mode of academic year system is shifted to that of the credit system, such as in the sharp increase of managing information and difficulties of educational administration. In order to promote work efficiency, computers and network techniques should be used to integrate the links and key elements connected with the credit system, that is, to construct the total management system of educational administration. Combined with reality, this article puts forward the constructing process and systematic framework and the problems on educational administration which should be solved in the new environment.
